Nyenze was given this chance to speak on the Motion on the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, which has nothing to do with the irrelevances that he is talking about. All Kenyans know that the President did not ride in any armored vehicle on Madaraka Day. I beg that the Chair guides hon. Nyenze accordingly to dwell on the substance of the Motion before the House and not these other irrelevances that they are used to."
