    "content": "We need to liberalize our economy if these sectors are going to grow. I come from an area where we were brought up from the produce of pyrethrum. What has happened is that because of the restrictions, we have had a rogue Pyrethrum Board that has kept out all the other marketers and investors. The crop has completely died in our area and the neighboring areas. So, I am very hesitant. I will be opposing any attempt to keep on restricting the marketing and sale of pyrethrum."
