During the Referendum, the system was used in over 18 constituencies and it was a big success. Even at this time, we used the system to conduct voter registration in Ikolomani and Kamukunji. When we use electronic voter registration, tallying of votes is a lot faster than the manual procedure. Therefore, nobody can question anything about using the electronic system."
