    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to contribute to this Bill. There are certain clauses in this Bill which are dangerous which this House should amend. This Bill touches on the issue of crops and so we will have the opportunity to introduce something about miraa so that it is considered as a cash crop. Miraa needs to be viewed as a crop which is scheduled in this Republic given the issues surrounding it."
