    "content": "There are certain parts of this Bill which are worth considering, for example, the issue of land adjudication. It is important to bring out clarity with regard to the terms used. This will bring sanity and also a clear understanding. With regard to the amendment on the Urban Areas and Cities Act, this Bill seeks to amend this particular Act and specifically to give certain mandates that may be useful as far as administration and delineation of towns and municipalities are concerned.
