    "content": "Thank you, Temporary Deputy Speaker, for according me this opportunity. I would like to comment on the AFFA Act which came into law early this year when we were in recess. When it came into law, it changed a lot of Acts related to agriculture to the extent that they were not useful again to the country. You will note that there was a very useful aspect of agriculture especially through the Agricultural Sector Coordination Unit (ASCU) which was threatened. It has now featured in this Bill although it has been given time to wind up its activities.
