    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would also like to draw the attention of this House to Clause 24 of the Bill, relating to the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011. The Clause provides that where county legislation does not exist regarding a particular function, the corresponding national legislation shall apply with necessary modification until the county assembly enacts the required legislations."
