    "content": "I am of the view that the expression “with necessary modification” should be deleted from this particular Bill because it may be misused to water down the entire Bill in the event that the Bill becomes law. The expression is very amorphous and very general. Therefore, every person will always be citing that expression to probably come up with new legislations that were not originally intended. Therefore, I will ask the Mover of the Bill to change this expression."
