    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. From the outset, I would like to thank the three colleagues who went to Wajir. I would like to say, on behalf of the Parliamentary Service Commission, that we ought to have our own outreach programmes to familiarise ourselves with the different parts of the Republic of Kenya. That is because we know a lot about the outside world but we know very little about Kenya. I really want to thank my three colleagues for that very important venture."
