    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, on 13th November, last year. It was during the other Session. The Committee that is in place is the same Committee that was in place then. It does not matter that the Statement could have lapsed because the Session lapsed. The Committee would be expected to account to Parliament that the required material is ready with them, and that they only have to retrieve it from their archives and submit it to the House. Otherwise, two weeks would start sounding like an issue in this House. Two weeks is like a chorus."
