    "content": "One of the issues that we have seen the Jubilee Government doing is the resettlement of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and it is very important that we read the report and the speech by the President. We have seen that the IDPs’ issue has been resolved and it is on its way out. Other areas that we think the Government needs to put more effort and the President talked about it, is the area of electricity. Once we have electricity in all the primary schools in this country, other issues will follow. Citizens will access power and insecurity will be addressed because once we have light within those areas, we will tackle this issue."
