Even out of their own conscience, some of these people who sit within our security ranks should resign so that they give way to a fresh lot that can give hope to Kenyans. This is what I thought I would have heard the President talking about. That he will do anything it takes to give Kenyans their right to security as enshrined in Article 29 of the Constitution. Hon. Deputy Speaker, you saw it on television and somebody said that the problem with our President is that he gives suggestions. It is true. The Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces cannot give suggestions; he must give orders and must direct.
