    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I like the way the President articulated the issue of one million acres of land for food security. We should also use this as an opportunity for employing our youths because they are getting frustrated. We have so many youths who are not employed and they are getting frustrated in their houses. If we do not engage them at this particular time, we will have problems later on. This is the time when every one of us should wake up. I am happy with the way he has dealt with affirmative action because in that way, through the Uwezo Fund and the Youth Fund, we can create employment opportunities."
