    "content": " I thank the Minister for that information. However, the solar power provision needs to be equitably distributed in the country. He has captured my other point. This is the question of availability of network countrywide. Again, there is a big shortfall in the northern parts of Kenya in terms of the distribution of the mobile phone networks. With those few remarks, we need to put money in the Budget, because this is the last financial year we are facing before the general election next year. Thank you."
