Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to thank the President for gracing the occasion and giving us his views on what has happened in the last year and in particular the insecurity which has not only hit Nairobi but the whole of Kenya. I would like to say that I dialled the number 999 this morning and at 12.30 p.m. and it did not go through, but when I dialled the number 112, it went through. So, I would like Members to know that some systems are working to a certain extent."
