    "content": "On the issue of wages, I know that the President and the Deputy President announced that they were taking salary cuts. However, according to media briefs, I think they are yet to officially write for their salaries to be deducted. I do not know if this was a preventive measure such that those who are currently underpaid in terms of salaries and allowances do not raise any issue because we are approaching the Budget making process. I know there are certain categories of public servants who are underpaid, especially the teachers. I know they were planning to bring up the issue of harmonization of commuter allowances which has not been done properly; there was the leave allowances and responsibility allowances. I do not know whether this was a gimmick to ensure that those fellows do not demand for what is rightfully due to them. However, I believe in the Budget making process, we will take care of that."
