    "content": "If you go to the health sector, which the President spoke about, the issue in this sector is not only about maternity or the number of women or mothers who have given birth in hospitals. It is about the quality of health care that is being provided by the Jubilee Government, which is zero according to me. Look at lands, Kenyans fought over land and the reforms that are required in the land sector have stalled, just because of squabbles on who is more powerful than the other. We have the National Land Commission, which has a constitutional mandate to reform this country on matters of land. Land is one of the most emotive issues that this country has ever witnessed.
