    "content": "Hon. Speaker, that particular section of Standing Order No.87 prohibits the Speaker of the Senate or the former Attorney-General from making the type of comments they made. I want to address myself to an issue. This particular House has passed a budget to audit the excesses of the Constitution which we have and that is taxpayers’ money. What comes to mind over the last few days is that the leadership of Jubilee and that of CORD have tended to imagine that they can direct the way this House legislates. This House has powers to talk about the excesses or otherwise."
