    "content": "The Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2014 has taken into account all the recommendations of this House on the first Supplementary Estimates for this Financial Year. Critical input by this House included reductions on allocations to the Salaries Review Commission (SRC) meant for the wage conference by Kshs.50 million, thereby giving the SRC Kshs.120 million; reducing funds for the Ministry of Devolution and Planning meant for Civil Service Reforms Secretariat by Kshs.293 million and reduction of funds for the National Treasury meant for wages for temporary employees by Kshs.126 million, among others."
