    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. I want to just pass one or two messages. One is that in future all our budgetary processes should target those sectors that can improve the economy of this country. For example, we should allocate more funds to industrialization where we will create wealth and employment for our kids so that we do not have rampant insecurity as we have now. We should increase funding to the tourism sector so that we can create wealth and increase income of Kenyans in this country."
