(Ms.) Nyasuna has gone on to dwell on irrelevancies on this debate and talk about cannibalizing each other while she cannibalizes the Chair of the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee. The Chairman of the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee is not in this House now and she has gone into the business of discussing a fellow hon. Member without bringing a substantive Motion on the view that the hon. Member holds on the question of the wage bill. Is it in order for hon. (Ms.) Nyasuna to conduct or give an opinion of a fellow hon. Member without bringing a substantive Motion - it is a view shared by other hon. Members of this House, including myself?"
