I must say that this particular Supplementary Budget is a negotiated document between the Budget and Appropriations Committee, the various Departmental Committees of this House and the Treasury. Therefore, when you look at the various expenditures and reallocation that we have done as a Committee, we have done a very good job compared to last year when we were given the Supplementary Budget and we did not have time."
