    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I rise to support this Bill. Being a Member of the Committee, I know how much work has been put in this and once again I appreciate our Chair. I support this Bill because the monies that we have put in certain areas are taking care of the welfare of our people. I start by looking at Vote 08 where we have put more money in the Ministry of Health. I will not tire of saying this: The health sector is the one area that we must always look at. Everything we do in this world is intended to improve our wellbeing which starts with health. No country can progress if the health of its people is poor. That is a good thing that the Committee did. I know that health services as of now are devolved but even at the headquarters level, we need to know we have to set the standards. We have to have the regulations."
