"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in 2002, I was appointed by the Rt. hon. Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, to monitor vote counting at County Hall. I was with Mr. Eddy Njoroge. We were monitoring votes as they were coming in from all parts of the country. Across the hall was ECK, where Mr. Kivuitu was. We made sure that all the votes that were coming in electronically were counted by ECK. When we saw certain bad movements, we actually walked straight to them and told them: âNo, this is the data.â It went well and there was no problem."
