    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this report. The security situation in our country is a very serious matter. In fact, this report has come up with very important findings as far as security is concerned. As we discuss it, we need to read the whole report. We are told that the information was alluded to; there was information before the attack as in the case of Westgate attack. We know there are different security agencies in this Republic. For example, the National Intelligence Service (NIS) has to gather information and share it with other security agencies. So, why would they not act on this report?"
