Deputy Speaker, in the report, we are informed that the Recce Company were able to zero-in on those terrorists, but the other security agencies, or the armed forces destabilized the operation when they came on board and in the process, we ended up incurring losses. This requires this country to seriously review the arrangement and co-ordination of the various security agencies. This incident is a clear case, where instead of people working to save the situation there is competition as to who got the credit."
