Deputy Speaker, I come from Igembe North Constituency and I am always invited to attend burials when somebody has been shot dead.We experience cattle rustling in the constituency. We are like an ATM to our neighbours, who think that we do not deserve to keep cows or cattle. Therefore, they come and steal them. I know there were some cows and other livestock which were stolen from my place. This is the case yet the district to which they were taken is known. Is there different treatment for different areas? We have to rethink the issue of security, both internally and externally, so that our country can be secure. This is because investment will be affected if there is no security."
