    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to assure the Member that they are going to do that. The other question is about who is going to do the access road. They have not indicated here, but I believe that it should be the developer. So, we are going to make sure that the developer is compelled to do that. The other issue is about the traffic jam and the fact that the road is also narrow. I concur with hon. Baiya that, that is a very busy road. I am also going to report to the Ministry to see whether they can do something in future."
