I want to thank the Leader of Majority Party for giving us that comprehensive report but I would like to seek clarification from him on the recommendation being done by the Attorney-General to the President to form a new panel. We still have names of persons from amongst the 400 persons who had applied for the job. Eighty-nine persons were shortlisted but less than 20 names were brought forward for vetting. What is stopping the Executive from picking other names from the list of those who had been shortlisted and forwarding them to the Committee on Education, Research and Technology to ensure that we have a panel? I want to justify this proposition. The TSC regulates the highest number of employees---"
