    "content": "Hon. Njagagua talked about three commissioners instead of five. The TSC is a very unique commission; it deals with over 50 per cent of the employees in our country. It deals with a huge workforce and therefore, it needs nine commissioners. If a Member brings an amendment to reduce the number of commissioners, including those in TSC from nine to three, that will be a thought for another day. But for now, the law says TSC must have nine commissioners. I am sure we will talk to the Attorney General to clear the lacuna but we must have five commissioners and a chair."
