Temporary Deputy Speaker, in the morning of Wednesday next week, the House will go into Committee of the whole House to consider the National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill, 2013 and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Bill, 2013. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as usual, allow me to remind my colleagues with proposed amendments to any of the two Bills to ensure that they formally write to the Clerk in accordance with the requirement of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No.133.
