That is known, In fact, all precedents and even courts state that all Islamic marriages are not registered. Now, the consequences of the removal of “registered” in accordance with this Act - and this is with regard to other marriages and not Islamic ones – is that if you remove this one, all other marriages whether civil, Christian or customary are all registerable.
