Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, secondly, we are getting agitated around this area generally because you are only giving chance to four or five people to contribute to this very important Bill. So, we want to ask that you look at the whole House rather than just concentrating on your immediate right, and on one or two persons on your immediate left. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am asking for your indulgence. There is a lot of excitement around the Leader of Majority Party. I do not know why. I wanted to ask all my Muslim brothers to look at Clause 48 of this Bill. Clause 48(3) says:- “48(3) Any provision of this Act which is inconsistent with the Islamic Law shall not apply to persons who profess the Islamic faith.” Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this takes care of all the concerns that my Muslim brothers may be having. Once this is understood, the rest becomes irrelevant, and we may move on.
