    "content": "We are here legislating for the whole country and we cannot violate the rights of the youth, or those who are considered minors, by allowing them to be legislated for under other cultures or religions. This is a country where we are legislating and we are expected to protect the rights of every individual within this country. Therefore, if we agree that we are going to allow children to marry because they are Muslims, it is not fair or right and we must protect the rights of children."
