    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, with due respect, I am the chairman of the Catholic Church Parish at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. As Catholics, it is misleading for one to say that if a marriage is announced in the church three times, there is a letter that follows. It is the duty of the church elders to call the two persons, before even the matter goes to the priest, who makes the final decision. So, it is not in order for the Chairman of the Departmental Committee to say that there is a written document that comes to the church."
