    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. If you look from Clause 19 to Clause 22, the Chair is deleting the whole of that section because they are misplaced clauses. They all talk about civil marriages and we are dealing with Christian marriages. So, we will save time if the Chairman talks about all of them from Clause 19 to 26 and give one reason for it to be captured on the HANSARD and then we move on."
