"content": " The Question was initially directed to the Ministry of Finance, by which the Pensions Department is supervised. They wrote to us as the Ministry responsible for managing remuneration and benefits. Answers have to come from those Ministries. I only got the Question yesterday, and I still have to liaise with the Ministry of Finance, so that we can prepare an adequate answer, because the Question is alleging breach of a statute, which is a serious matter. So, if you give me up to Thursday next week, I should make my inquiries within the Pensions Department to determine the facts as alleged in the Question and bring an appropriate answer to the House."
