When you are courting and you end up giving the other party your car, or you give her a small piece of land measuring 50 metres by 100 metres, you need to claim back your property. For that reason, she must also have given you back your car. You must get back what belongs to you. So, the Clause must remain. With those remarks, I beg to oppose.
