    "content": "(b) the names of the parents of the parties, if known and alive, and the places where they ordinarily reside; (c) a declaration that the parties are not within a prohibited relationship; (d) the marital status of each party and, where a party is— (i) divorced, a copy of the relevant decree; or (ii) widowed widow or a widower, a copy of the death certificate; and (e) the date and venue of the marriage ceremony. (3) The notice under subsection (1) shall be signed by both parties. Publication 31B.
