David Koech, who was a Co-Chair of the Joint Committee and the substantive Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology. Next is hon. (Eng.) Rege, who was a Co-Chair of the Joint Committee and the substantive Chairman of the Committee on Energy, Communication and Information. The other Members were: Hon. Maina Kamau, MP; hon. F.T.
