"content": "Committee on National Security chaired by hon. Ramadhan Seif Kajembe. The precedent set was that there was nothing wrong with a report that had been made by a Committee or Committees of the House being re-tabled for the House to deliberate and come up with resolutions either in agreement or in rejecting it. Therefore, I want to reiterate the precedent set by my predecessor, hon. Kenneth Marende, and allow hon. Ottichilo to re-table the Report, which was presented to the Tenth Parliament but never debated. This House needs to express itself appropriately on that Report with regard to the recommendations contained therein, so that we do not have to belabour the point of requiring hon. Ottichilo to seek fresh Statements from those Committees again. So, hon. Ottichilo, it is hereby ruled that you re-table the Report by Thursday this week latest, so that this House can be fully seized of it and deliberate on it. Thank you. Hon.
