    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the procedure is that we have to write to the Ministry. We normally give them seven days to appear before the Committee. We will invite the hon. Member to attend the meeting because that is where the Minister, including the officials from the KPA, will appear. That will allow him to raise any supplementary matter that he may want to raise. So, three weeks is reasonable."
