Pursuant to Article 45 of the Constitution, the family is the natural and fundamental unit of society and enjoys protection of the State. Sections 162 and 165 of the Penal Act, Cap.63 establish the penalties relating to gayism thereof but the Government has been slow in enforcing the said law, contrary to the constitutional principle of rule of law. In the Statement, the Leader of Majority Party should inquire into and report on:-"
