The Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, hon. Benjamin Langat, you can answer. Hon. Members, I wish to discourage this habit of just any member of a Committee saying: “I am going to do this” Is it after consideration? Why is the Chairperson or his deputy not present? This thing of every Member rising to claim that he can answer and then two months down the road nothing has happened, is not helping us. Hon. Dawood, I can see you are dying to say something. You have taken over as the Chair in a temporary capacity?"
