    "content": "I want to report that unless something is done, this might go down in history as one of the Parliaments that were ineffective in pushing forward Kenyans’ matters. Unless, something is done--- I can see my good friend, the Leader of Majority Party, laughing. I want to put it on record that if we do not push the Chairs of these committees, and if the Members of these committees are not serious in their work, this Parliament will go down in history as having had the most ineffective committees in the history of Kenya. I again want to associate myself with the sentiments which have been expressed by Members---"
