    "content": "It is good to inform hon. Members that even if one is the Chair of a Committee and he/she intends to travel out of the country, my Office must know. If I do not know, then it means that, that hon. Member is absent and is not desiring to be present. Therefore, Article 103 will begin to come into play and the attendant consequences are likely to follow. It is only fair that for the time being, until you amend that Article, let us try to live within it. It may be inconveniencing, but it is the supreme law of the land. We do not want any hon. Member to loss his/her position merely because of not being diligent."
