"content": "On a point of order, hon. Speaker. Is the Leader of Majority Party in order to say that PAC has failed when the Report was tabled in this House last year? You were still in the House Business Committee. You are the people who make decision on which Bills are given priority. It is not us in PAC. In PAC, we have been pushing to get time. So, if there is somebody who is not helping this country to move forward, to discuss this Report to be used as a basis for revenue allocation, it is you the Leader of Majority Party and your Jubilee side.
