Temporary Deputy Speaker, I represent a constituency where parents struggle to take their kids to college and when they get their certificates, they cannot use them in any place for employment. In fact, the requests that I have in my constituency office are just too much. I agree with what hon. Nyenze has just said that we cannot equate all places. There are some places where facilities and teachers are not equally distributed. I represent a constituency which is not very rich and we feel that we are not properly and adequately facilitated in terms of competing with the rest of the country or the other constituencies."
