Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Bill that we are debating is very general and if we allow it to pass the way it is, we will create a monster which we will not be able to address or control. The good people say that everybody’s business becomes nobody’s business. We will cause chaos in the education sector if we have this Bill which addresses everything and anything under education. This is because we will not be able to have a chance to take them into account whenever they go overboard."
