    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to oppose this Bill and I have several reasons for doing this. As much as it is very important for us to have standards and more so in education---- If you look at the Kenya Bureau of Standards, you will find that it is a body that standardizes the quality of the products that enter the country or are produced in our country. So, that gives many people confidence when they see the diamond quality on any product. It will also be very important to do the same on our education which is very important to me. We should do our best to make sure that it is harmonized."
